“All athletes who work with Heist Academy will learn to be for themselves, and not against. They will learn to turn up the positive and silence the negative. They will learn to believe in themselves and the passions that they have. And they will learn that discipline and hard work is the key to all successes.”
About Heist Academy
Heist Academy, founded by Alexia Heist, is on a mission to help athletes become all they were born to be. Most athletes focus solely on the physical part of training, but if they could learn how to connect their mind to their body, learn how to push themselves, breathe, encourage themselves, and love themselves, they will become better humans and better athletes. We believe that your Mind. Matters. Most. ™
About Our Founder
Alexia was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, but currently calls Fort Worth home. She graduated from TCU with a degree in Marketing from the Neeley School of Business. While at TCU, she became the first three-sport athlete in university history, lettering in indoor volleyball, beach volleyball and golf.
Alexia has always been passionate about sports. She recalls learning mindfulness techniques at an early age from her father and she channeled that mental strength to be able to compete at the highest of levels. Alexia believes that in order to be successful in sports and in life, you must not only train your body, but your mind as well. That is why she started Heist Academy.
In her free time, she enjoys running, doing yoga, playing golf, reading, and cooking.
